I started my home inspection business August 2001, after 26 years as an engineer in the Untied States Navy, 10 of those years as an Engineering Inspector. Heaning Home Inspections covers St. Lucie, Martin Counties and Vero Beach. I'm honest & reliable and offer a professional, comprehensive on site inspection with a free termite report with a complete house inspection.

I'm available for different types of inspections including mobile homes, condos, single family, multi family and commercial buildings. I am certified for HUD/FHA inspections. I also do new construction “punch list” and “4 point” insurance inspections.

Our office is located in the newly renovated 2 story building owned by Attorney Karen J. Tufte on the corner of Delaware and 9th St in Ft. Pierce.

Buying a home is one of the most important decisions you will make. Home buying should not be taken lightly nor should the quality of the house you buy. Don't buy any home without an inspection”. Old or new, an inspection from roof to foundation can only do you good.

A home inspection is an unbiased visual analysis, to provide the client with information regarding the present physical and operating systems condition of a house on the day of the inspection. Keep this in mind, only those items that are visible and accessible by normal means are included in the report.

It can reveal if costly repairs are needed but also point out the good aspects of the home. It’s what you want at this time, no surprises.
