The first Liberia Coalition Project will be located on the Roberts International Airfield Highway, in Margibi County. Program participants will be referred to the program by the United Nations and any other authorized and approved agencies.

Every candidate must complete an application and be accepted into the program. Upon acceptance, each participant will be assigned a primary counselor. Within the first few weeks, all participants will complete a number of written and verbal assessments to evaluate their current levels of psych-social functioning, their interests and their performance and skills in variety of areas to include physical fitness, cognitive/academic ability, technology skills, leadership, vocational etc. Then based on these formal and informal assessments, each participant with their primary counselors will develop their own success plan.

Our approach is designed to prepare child soldiers, as defined by the Cape Town Principles to be successfully reintegration into Liberian society. We have assembled a cadre of top notch professionals with heavy emphasis on Liberian professionals in the Diaspora capable of Re-establishing and extending the accelerating learning programs for ex-child soldiers, ex-combatants, women and WAFF as prescribed in conjunction with the Ministry of Education.

Our well developed and equipped vocational Department will train in the following areas: Agriculture (Crop Production, Animal Husbandry to include, Poultry Production, Pig Production and Brooding of Chicks), Farming, Masonry: concrete mixture, molding, laying concrete blocks, molding and compressing of dirt bricks, Carpentry: phase #1, preparation and general carpentry, phase #2, rough and finish carpentry, phase #3, countertops, surfaces, cabinetry and refined furniture.

Small Business Development: the goal here is to make local entrepreneurs out of our well trained students in the basic techniques and "know how" necessary to use acquired skills to become successful. We put emphasis on basic business plan development, shop management, start-up and mentoring services. We are collaborating with local businesses for apprenticeship and job placement.
