GENERAL SUMMARY: This position will have the primary responsibility for answering all inbound service calls, performing Help Desk duties and overseeing the service request process. The service request process includes, conducting the appropriate technical troubleshooting; then scheduling field service technicians or performing remote support as necessary. The technician will be responsible for keeping track of the field technicians and adjusting service appointments as necessary. Coordinator must be very comfortable supporting MS Windows Server Domains remotely. The position will require that the technician to make follow up phone calls to the clients to ensure that their service work was performed successfully. Technician must have excellent communication and customer service skills. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for ordering any parts that the service technicians needs for the field repairs. This will also include ordering all parts that are needed for upcoming projects from vendors. Applicant must be extremely organized and have a high level of attention to detail.
Responsibilities: • Act as the expert contact for customer trouble calls • Responsible for tracking and management of all open cases for assigned accounts • Responsible for closure of all completed on-site service calls for assigned accounts • Responsible for updating the customer database on status of site calls-out and technical information • Special projects as assigned

Compensation Structure: • Position is part time, approximately 25 hours per week, position will eventually increase to full time. • This position is paid hourly at the rate of $12 - $16 per hour.

GENERAL SUMMARY: Position entails diagnosing and repairing of workstation and computer network equipment. New installations of computer network equipment, workstations, peripherals and software installation, primarily on the customer’s premises. Candidate will be required to work largely unsupervised. Candidate will be expected to be able to survey a customers current IT structure and provide a summary of needs that would be appropriate for what the customers needs are. Candidate must be comfortable repairing workstation on a customers premises.Must have exceptional customer-oriented service skills. Position is paid on an hourly basis and includes company-subsidized medical, travel expenses, cell phone and paid vacation. Candidate must be a motivated self-starter who can work unsupervised. Position requires traveling by car to various potential customer locations in Indian River and St. Lucie County.
